The instructions on this page relate to your account and data associated with the app Skyfire for Android, published by Skyfire Services LLC.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of the account associated with your Skyfire subscription by
writing to us at support@skyfire.co, or
by following the instructions given here.
Please ensure you have canceled any subscription prior to deleting your account to avoid incurring further charges for Skyfire.
Data Deletion
Upon deletion of your account, the personal details provided by you in your account profile (First name, Last name, email address) are deleted from our production database. Copies may however remain in backup form for up to 24 months.
We retain copies of transaction records related to payments you may have made for your subscription indefinitely.
